Until recently, only major leagues could access high-quality stats, video highlights, and advanced insights at lightning speed. With this product, we’ve democratized access, empowering smaller leagues and local players to achieve the same professional-level experience. Players and leagues can now upload their game videos and receive high-quality stats, clips, and trophies in record time, creating a space where everyone—from grassroots athletes to semi-professional leagues—can feel part of a thriving sports community.
Delivered AI-driven game stats
Our platform transforms your game videos into powerful, actionable insights. Uploaded footage is analyzed to quickly deliver detailed stats, performance insights, and AI-generated game summaries, all accessible within the app.
It empowers players, teams, and leagues to track their progress over time, building a comprehensive performance record. These insights not only showcase individual and team achievements but also foster visibility and connection by allowing others to view and engage with the data, creating a thriving sports community.
Highlights clips
We automatically generate highlight clips from 1-hour game videos, capturing the key plays and impactful moments for each player.
These clips are categorized by game, actions, and impact, giving players full control to filter and find exactly what they need.
By eliminating the need for manual editing, it empowers users to focus on sharing their best moments with just one click, unleashing the power of media and virality effortlessly.
AR dynamic effects
Using computer vision, our system detects key moments in game footage, such as shots, and automatically applies dynamic AR effects.
The ball is enhanced with a fiery trail that ignites precisely as the shot occurs, creating stunning visuals. This integration of AI and AR transforms raw footage into professional-grade highlights, delivering a unique and shareable post-game experience.
App gamification
To strengthen engagement in the app, we generated trophies.
For these trophies, I designed a notification and delivery system, both in-app and via email, so that the user can interact with them, as well as all the backend execution that would have to be done to display the information in the mobile app’s frontend.
Community engagement
We went beyond the app by enabling players to share their achievements on social media through visually striking posters.
Users can share game results and individual performances, with more than just a simple screenshot. With creative and customizable graphics, users can proudly highlight their achievements, amplifying their presence and engagement across social platforms.

Product diversification
Expanding our sports performance platform to volleyball required rebuilding our entire delivery, UX and data infrastructure.
I engineered the logic annotation system that captures volleyball’s unique set-based scoring, creating intelligent performance metrics that adapt to each sport’s distinct requirements.
This architectural flexibility allows athletes to transition seamlessly between disciplines, receiving personalized insights that understand the nuanced demands of their athletic journey.

This year, we expanded the app by adding volleyball alongside basketball. We developed an entirely new scoring logic and tailored stats specific to volleyball, creating a dedicated experience within the app. This involved implementing a sports-type logic, unique content maps, and features for each sport, diversifying the platform.
